Meanwhile, the No. 13 Yale women's lacrosse team faced a narrow defeat against RV Cornell, losing 11-10 in a hard-fought contest. Despite rallying from an early three-goal deficit and tying the game multiple times, the Bulldogs could not overcome a late surge from Cornell. This loss marked Yale's first in Ivy League play, but the Bulldogs have already clinched at least a share of the Ivy League title, with the potential for an outright championship depending on the outcome of the Brown-Penn game.
The Yale softball team concluded its season with an 11-3 loss to Dartmouth, finishing with a 17-28 overall record and a 7-14 mark in Ivy League play.
