The Cornell men's and women's track and field teams are set to compete at the Larry Ellis Invitational this weekend, their final regular-season meet before the Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Championships on May 16-17. Senior Ryder King was recently named Ivy League Co-Athlete of the Week after a strong performance at the Penn Relays, where he placed fourth in the 400-meter hurdles with a personal-best time of 50.72 seconds, ranking him second all-time in the event at Cornell. King aims to build on this momentum at Princeton, where he hopes to further enhance his season's achievements.
