The Babson College men's golf team concluded its regular season on a high note, winning the Farmingdale State Invitational held at Bethpage State Park on April 20. Senior Colin Fowler led the Beavers with a solid 1-over 71, helping the 20th-ranked team secure a four-shot victory despite challenging weather conditions. This win marks a strong finish as they head into postseason play.
Meanwhile, the women's golf team, ranked 22nd, wrapped up its season with a seventh-place finish at the Northeast Invitational in Southwick, Massachusetts. First-year golfer Katie Yang delivered her best performance of the spring, carding a 3-over 75. The Beavers faced stiff competition but concluded their campaign with notable individual achievements.
In women's lacrosse, the Beavers are set to visit Wheaton College for their regular season finale on April 21. Babson holds a commanding 30-16 all-time record against Wheaton, having won the last ten matchups since 2016. The team has consistently dominated the series, scoring at least 16 goals in each of the last nine encounters. As the season progresses, both golf teams and the women's lacrosse squad look to capitalize on their recent performances and prepare for the challenges ahead.
