In men's lacrosse, Lehigh's season concluded in the Patriot League semifinals with a 13-6 loss to Army. The Mountain Hawks, who entered the tournament as the sixth seed, were led offensively by Luke Winkler, who scored twice. Despite a strong start, Lehigh could not maintain its early lead, and Army's depth proved too much. Richard Checo, a senior, finished his career with a record-setting 185 caused turnovers, solidifying his legacy in the program.
The men's track and field team faced Lafayette in a closely contested dual meet, ultimately falling 103-100. Lehigh won nine events, including a sweep in the 3000 meter steeplechase led by Adam Barbato. The team also excelled in the middle-distance events, with Alex Heidemann winning the 800 meters. The women's track and field team, however, dominated their dual against Lafayette, winning 126-77 and extending their outdoor win streak to nine. The highlight was the 4x100 meter relay team, which tied the school record with a time of 46.95 seconds. Individual victories included Gianna Mangili in the 100 meters and Lyssi Penn in the hurdles, showcasing Lehigh's strength across all events.
Men's rowing concluded its season at the MARC Championships, where the first varsity eight finished fourth in the finals. The team faced tough competition, finishing third in its initial heat but unable to secure a podium finish in the finals. The season's end prompts a focus on offseason training and recruitment as the program looks to improve.
In golf, sophomore Reese Hannon and junior Matthew Quinn were both named to the Academic All-Patriot League Team, recognizing their excellence both on the course and in the classroom. Hannon had a standout season with a scoring average of 77.9, while Quinn maintained a 3.82 GPA, underscoring the balance of athletics and academics at Lehigh.
