The Wesleyan men's basketball team has secured an at-large bid to the 2026 NCAA Division III Tournament, marking their sixth appearance in program history. Hosting First and Second Round action at Silloway Gym, the Cardinals (21-6) will face Lehman on Friday at 6:15 PM, following an announcement that Sam Pohlman and Zach Wolinski earned spots on the All-NESCAC First Team. Additionally, head coach Joe Reilly and his staff were recognized as the NESCAC Coaching Staff of the Year for the second consecutive season, highlighting a successful campaign for the team.

In men's ice hockey, sophomore goaltender Patrick McDevitt was named NESCAC Player of the Week after a remarkable performance in the NESCAC Championship quarterfinals against Middlebury. McDevitt set a program and conference record with 73 saves in a double overtime match, surpassing the previous NESCAC Championship record of 65 saves. His effort, which included 51 consecutive saves before conceding a goal, underscores his pivotal role in the team's competitive spirit this season.

The wrestling team also had a strong showing at the NCAA Region 1 Championships, with Hayden Myers crowned the 141-pound Region 1 Champion. Myers dominated the competition, finishing 4-0 and earning his first title after a decisive 4-1 victory in the finals. His success, along with four other Cardinals earning All-Region honors, contributed to Wesleyan's sixth-place finish out of 19 teams, accumulating 86.5 team points. Myers' performance secures him a spot in the upcoming NCAA Division III Championships.
