In men's basketball, NYU concluded its regular season on February 28 with a 76-69 victory over Brandeis University, finishing the campaign with a 17-8 overall record and 8-6 in the University Athletic Association. The win bolstered the Violets' hopes for a postseason bid, and the game featured a pregame ceremony honoring 11 seniors and graduate students, including Alex Daniels and Darius Gakwasi. The Violets will now await their fate in the postseason selection process, hoping to continue their season in the UAA tournament.
