The Middlebury men's squash team has earned recognition with Gabe Feinstein being named to the All-NESCAC First Team. Feinstein's performance has been a cornerstone for the #17 Panthers, showcasing his skill throughout the season. Meanwhile, the #16 women's squash team also made headlines as Aanvi Anand and Lindsey Burnham were both selected for the All-NESCAC First Team. This marks a significant achievement for Burnham, who becomes the first player in program history to secure All-NESCAC honors in all four years of her career. Anand's strong season, which included 12 victories, complements Burnham's legacy, as the duo is the first from Middlebury to earn this distinction since 2014.
In swimming, four members of the #25 Middlebury women's swimming and diving team have been selected to compete at the upcoming NCAA Championships, set to begin on March 18 at the IU Natatorium in Indianapolis, Indiana. This marks the Panthers' 29th appearance at the national level, where they have historically performed well, including seven top-10 finishes. Among those competing is Anna McGrew, who is seeded third in the 50-yard freestyle with a school-record time of 22.73 seconds. McGrew will also participate in the 100 freestyle event, where she aims to improve upon her current standing.
As the squash season concludes, the focus now shifts to the NCAA Championships for swimming, where Middlebury hopes to build on its storied history.
