Lehigh University's track and field teams delivered strong performances at the Monmouth Season Opener, collecting a total of 17 podium finishes over the two-day meet. The men's team saw standout performances from Christian Saparata, who placed second in the hammer throw with a mark of 53.29 meters, making him the eighth best in Lehigh history. Joseph Nowakowski excelled as well, winning the shot put with a throw of 15.68 meters after finishing sixth in the discus with a personal best of 43.23 meters. Jaden Ferguson added to the team's success with runner-up finishes in both the long jump and high jump. The women's team dominated with seven event wins, led by Grace Aggen, who won the discus (45.85 meters) and shot put (14.05 meters). Grace Nation also excelled, winning both the long jump and triple jump, while Charlotte DeForest contributed with top-10 finishes in both horizontal jumping events.

In rowing, the Mountain Hawks hosted the Mountain Hawk Invite at Lake Nockamixon, competing against Fairfield, Loyola Maryland, and Iona. The event featured races in the 1V8+, 2V8+, and 3V8+ categories. Although the conditions were challenging due to cold weather and choppy waters, the teams showed resilience and passion throughout the races. The men's first varsity eight race was won by Fairfield, with Lehigh finishing strong in subsequent races.

The women's lacrosse team faced a tough challenge against Bucknell on Senior Day, suffering a 16-3 defeat. After a difficult start, with Bucknell scoring six unanswered goals, Lehigh managed to find the net through Grace Martel and Molly Snow, but could not close the gap. Earlier in the week, the Mountain Hawks had also battled against #4 Navy, losing 11-6 in a hard-fought contest. Despite the losses, head coach Steph Lazo praised the team's effort and determination against top-tier opponents.
