Molly Boyle, a first-year defender for the Yale women's ice hockey team, has been named to the All-USCHO First Team, marking a significant achievement in her debut season. Boyle, who led the ECAC Hockey in assists with 23, finished the season with 36 points, the highest ever for a Yale defender. Her impressive performance also earned her a spot on the All-ECAC Hockey First Team and the Ivy League Rookie of the Year award. Additionally, Boyle was recognized alongside teammates Carina DiAntonio and Jordan Ray, who were named Division I All-Stars by the New England Hockey Writers Association. DiAntonio concluded her collegiate career with a remarkable tally of 26 goals and 22 assists, solidifying her status as one of the program's all-time greats.
In men's golf, sophomore Matthew Lin has been recognized as the Ivy League Golfer of the Month for March. Lin's outstanding performance at the Schenkel Invitational, where he shot a remarkable 203 (-13) to earn Co-Champion honors, highlights his skill on the course. He will look to continue this momentum as the Bulldogs compete in the Princeton Invitational on April 11-12.
The Yale women's golf team recently concluded play at the Terps Invitational, finishing tied for 14th in a competitive field. The Bulldogs will shift their focus to the Ivy League Championships, set to take place from April 24-26 at Baltusrol Golf Club in Springfield, New Jersey.
In swimming and diving, eight Bulldogs have been recognized with College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors, reflecting their excellence both in the pool and in the classroom. Among the honorees, Charlie Egeland has advanced to the national ballot for the Academic All-America® program, with final selections to be announced on April 29. This recognition underscores Yale's commitment to academic and athletic excellence as the season progresses.
