Lauren Gosselin has been appointed as the 11th head coach of Princeton Women's Basketball, following a successful tenure as associate head coach under Carla Berube. Gosselin's promotion comes after a season in which the Tigers finished 26-4, secured the Ivy League regular season title, and claimed the Ivy League Tournament championship against Harvard. The team also made its seventh consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance and concluded the year ranked No. 25 in the WBCA Coaches' Poll. Under Gosselin's leadership, Princeton aims to build on its recent success, bolstered by five All-Ivy selections this past season.
In swimming and diving, both the men's and women's teams celebrated recognition as four athletes from each squad were named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team. The women's team, ranked No. 24, featured Eleanor Sun, Heidi Smithwick, Charlotte Martinkus, and Charlotte Norman, while the men's team, ranked No. 18, included Mitchell Schott, Aidan Wang, Arthur Balva, and Parker Lenoce. Both teams enjoyed undefeated seasons, with the women finishing 12-0 and the men 11-0, securing Ivy League titles and NCAA All-American honors in the process.
On the golf course, Princeton's men’s golf team finished 12th at the Mason Rudolph Invite, improving their position with a final round score of 288 (+4). Riccardo Fantinelli led the Tigers, finishing T36 with a total score of 219 (+6). The Tigers faced a competitive field that included eight teams ranked in the Top 100, with Auburn claiming the championship title. Princeton's next competition will be the Ivy League Championship, where they will look to build on their recent performance.
