Lafayette College's men's golf team achieved a historic milestone by winning the ABARTA Coca-Cola Collegiate Invitational for the first time since the tournament's inception. In women's basketball, junior guard Teresa Kiewiet has made history by becoming the first Lafayette player in over two decades to be named the Patriot League Women's Basketball Scholar-Athlete of the Year. A civil engineering major, Kiewiet has excelled both on the court and in her studies, earning a spot on the All-Patriot League Second Team. On the track, senior Bobby McClosky earned the title of Patriot League Men's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week following his impressive performance in the javelin at the Rutgers Relays. His mark leads the Patriot League this season and places him among the top competitors in the NCAA East Region.
