In the second round, Zeng continued her strong play, carding a 4-over 75 and maintaining her position in the top 25 overall, leading the tournament in total pars made with 28. The Lions will look to build on this momentum as they head into the final round on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, the Columbia baseball team is set to begin its Ivy League Tournament campaign against top-seeded Yale on Friday, May 15. The Lions, who earned the No. 4 seed after a challenging regular season, will face a formidable opponent in the Bulldogs, who dominated the conference to secure the top spot. The winner of this matchup will advance to the winners' bracket, while the losing team will face elimination against either Penn or Brown. Columbia's recent performance against Yale has been competitive, with the teams splitting their season series. The Lions are looking to defend their Ivy League title and secure a spot in the NCAA Tournament with a strong showing this weekend.
