No. 23 Women's Basketball To Play Oklahoma State In NCAA Tournament

PRINCETON – The No. 23 Princeton Women's Basketball Team will be the No. 9 seed in the UCLA quad and take on the No. 8 seeded Oklahoma State Cowgirls in the first round of the NCAA Tournament on Saturday.

No. 23 Women's Basketball To Play Oklahoma State In NCAA Tournament

PRINCETON – The No. 23 Princeton Women's Basketball Team will be the No. 9 seed in the UCLA quad and take on the No. 8 seeded Oklahoma State Cowgirls in the first round of the NCAA Tournament on Saturday.

This is the Tigers' 13th trip to the NCAA Tournament and seventh consecutive appearance overall dating back to 2018. All of the program's NCAA bids have been from 2010 on.

Princeton earned the Ivy League's automatic bid after winning the Ivy Tournament Championship over Harvard, 63-53. The Crimson did not score a basket over the final 4:01 game action as Princeton ended the game with a 12-2 run.

Oklahoma State is 23-9 this season and finished fourth in the Big-12. OSU is led by a quartet of all-league performers in second-team performer Stailee Heard, third-team pick Micah Gray and honorable mention selections Achol Akot and Jadyn Wooten.

The winner of Oklahoma State/Princeton will take on the winner of No. 1 seed UCLA and No. 16 Cal Baptist on Monday.
