PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Mencoff Vice President for Athletics and Recreation M. Grace Calhoun '92 announced today a leadership change in Brown's women's swimming and diving program.

Kate Kovenock will not return as the Mary Ann Lippitt Women's Swimming/Diving Coaching Chair. Serving as head coach since 2014-15, Kovenock compiled an overall record of 46-41 and a record of 35-40 in Ivy League competition.

"We thank Kate for her leadership of our women's swim and dive program," Calhoun said. "We are grateful for her contributions and wish her well in her next chapter."

A national search will begin immediately for the next women's swimming and diving head coach.
