Josh Burke (Tampa, Fla.) was named to the All-NESCAC First Team, it was announced by the conference this earlier today.
Burke earned his second straight First Team selection after a stellar senior season, the best statistical season of his decorated Amherst career. He finished the year with 12 goals (5
th in the NESCAC) and 14 assists for 26 total points, which landed him at 5
th in the NESCAC and led the team – the next closest Amherst players recorded only 12 points. He was one of the conference's biggest threats on the power play, netting 5 power play goals, a number that put him joint-first in the conference. Burke was also a vital piece of the Mammoths' most consistent offensive line, with his linemates among the team's top points scorers as well. His 2025-26 First Team honor follows his nomination for the Joe Concannon Award earlier this year.
The Mammoths finished their season with a sit 12-11-2 record and a NESCAC Quarterfinal appearance for the third straight season.
