Harvard's historic season was highlighted by the best 20-game start in program history, as the Crimson raced out to a 19-1 record. Along the way, Harvard captured its second consecutive regular-season title and clinched a first-round bye at the CWPA Championship for the first time in program history.
After successfully repeating as CWPA Champions, the Cardiac Crimson returned to the NCAA Tournament following two straight overtime victories. The run was capped by an unforgettable championship final, where senior captain Ella Schneider scored the golden goal in the fourth sudden-victory period to end the longest game in NCAA women's water polo history. Harvard has now won four consecutive overtime playoff games at the CWPA Championship.
For the second year in a row, the Crimson will return the majority of its championship roster as it looks to capture a third straight CWPA Championship next season.
