Men's Hockey Hosts RPI and Union in Final Regular Season Weekend

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Brown Bears (5-21-2, 4-14-2 ECAC) host the RPI Engineers (9-22-1, 6-13-1 ECAC) on Friday and the Union Garnet Chargers (19-10-3, 9-9-2 ECAC) on Saturday in the final regular season weekend at Meehan Auditorium.

**PROVIDENCE, R.I. –**The Brown Bears (5-21-2, 4-14-2 ECAC) host the RPI Engineers (9-22-1, 6-13-1 ECAC) on Friday and the Union Garnet Chargers (19-10-3, 9-9-2 ECAC) on Saturday in the final regular season weekend at Meehan Auditorium.

Both games are scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. and will stream on ESPN+ in the United States and on Stretch Internet internationally. The Bears will honor the seven-member Class of 2026 prior to Saturday's game.

SCOUTING THE BEARS

  • Brown enters the weekend with a 5-21-2 overall record and 4-14-2 ECAC mark. The Bears most recently fell on the road at St. Lawrence before dropping an overtime game at Clarkson.

  • Brown's offense averages 2.2 goals per game.

Ben Poitrasleads the squad with 10 goals and is second on the team with 18 points.Ivan Zadvernyukleads the Bears with 14 assists and 22 points. - Brown's power play has seven goals in 80 attempts (8.8%). Poitras and Zadvernyuk lead the team with two man-up goals apiece.
