Wrestling’s Harrington Earns Honorable Mention All-Ivy, Academic All-Ivy Honors

Harvard University wrestling senior Jimmy Harrington has earned both Honorable Mention All-Ivy and Academic All-Ivy honors, the Ivy League conference office announced on Thursday afternoon.

Jimmy Harrington has earned both Honorable Mention All-Ivy and Academic All-Ivy honors, the Ivy League conference office announced on Thursday afternoon.

A team captain for the Crimson this season, Harrington gained All-Ivy accolades for the first time in his career and collected Academic All-Ivy laurels for the second straight season. The No. 3 pre-seed at 157 pounds for the upcoming Ivy League Championships, Harrington garnered a No. 9 RPI ranking and No 20 coaches ranking in the latest rankings from Feb. 26.

A 2025 NCAA qualifier, Harrington helped the Ivy League earn four automatic bids at 157 pounds for the 2026 Ivy League Championships.

Harvard competes at the Ivy League Championships on Sunday, Mar. 8 beginning at 10:00 a.m. (ESPN+/ESPNews) at Columbia's Levien Gymnasium in New York, New York.
