WEST POINT, N.Y. — Army West Point football has announced the hiring of Madison Cifra as Director of Recruiting, head coach Jeff Monken announced today.
Cifra joins Army Football after serving as a Football Recruiting Intern at Boston College Football, where she assisted with the coordination and execution of on-campus recruiting operations, including official visits, game-day experiences, and prospect engagement initiatives. She played a key role in organizing recruiting weekends and developing materials that highlighted the program's culture and values.
In addition to her experience at Boston College, Cifra served as an athletic supervisor at Bunker Hill Community College. In that role, she led game day operations, oversaw student-athlete engagement initiatives, managed social media content, and supported departmental operations.
Cifra is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Sports Administration at Boston College and earned her Bachelor of Science in Sports and Movement Science, with a minor in Business Administration, from Salem State University.
As Director of Recruiting, Cifra will oversee the day-to-day operations of Army's recruiting efforts, including visit coordination, logistics, communication strategies, and the overall experience for prospective cadet-athletes.
