BABSON PARK, Mass.—First-year Thomas Ferdinando (Andover, Mass.) poured in a game-high 27 points and second-seeded Babson College opened the second half with a 25-6 run on the way to defeating fourth-seeded Wheaton College, 81-56, in the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Tournament final on Sunday afternoon inside Staake Gymnasium.
