EASTON, Pa. - Sophomore Travis Robertson collected a spot on the Academic All-Patriot League Team, announced on Friday. The selection marks the second all-conference award Robertson has earned this week.

Robertson was a key starter in the Lafayette lineup, making 12 starts and collecting six top-25 finishes. Over 29 total rounds, the Palm Beach, Fla. native tallied an average score of 74, the best mark on the team. The sophomore rounded out the spring with the Patriot League Championship, using a final-round 65, to tie for first and force a playoff with Navy's Chip Deegan.

Following the playoff, Robertson claimed second place. With a two-over-par 212, Robertson and the Leopards secured a second-place finish in the championship event, while the sophomore earned All-Tournament honors.

A key starter for the Maroon and White, he turned in rounds of 79 and 70 at the ABARTA Coca-Cola Collegiate Invitational to help Lafayette win its own tournament for the first time in the history of the event.

To be eligible for Academic All-Patriot League honors, student-athletes must have a 3.2 or better cumulative GPA while being a starter or a key reserve. Robertson claims a 3.2 cumulative GPA in his second season on College Hill.
