Krill named NESCAC Rookie of the Year and McManus earns All-Conference Second Team honors
HADLEY, Mass. - After guiding the Williams College men's ice hockey team to the sixth seed in the NESCAC Tournament, first-year forward Jackson Krill was named NESCAC Rookie of the Year and sophomore forward Jake McManus earned a spot on the All-Conference Second Team Tuesday morning.

Jake McManus earned a spot on the All-Conference Second Team Tuesday morning.
Krill leads the Ephs (10-13-2, 8-10-0 NESCAC) in goals (11), is tied for first in points (25) and ranks second in assists (14). He is tied for sixth in the NESCAC in goals, eighth in points and 10th in assists. Krill has compiled at least one point in 17 games and has registered six multi-point efforts, while scoring the game-winning goal and adding an assist during a 3-1 victory over third-seeded Tufts Saturday in the NESCAC Quarterfinals at Malden Valley Forum.
McManus leads the team in assists (17), is tied for first in points (25) and ranks third in goals (8). The Winthrop, Massachusetts, native's assist total is tied for the fifth most in the NESCAC and he ranks in a tie for eighth in points. He has tallied six multi-point efforts, including finishing with two goals and one assist against then-No. 6 Hamilton on Dec. 5 at Lansing Chapman Rink.
The Ephs will compete against top-seeded and No. 3 Hamilton Saturday at 1 p.m. during the NESCAC Semifinals in Clinton, New York.
