PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – The Bowdoin College men's squash team finished off Hamilton on Sunday afternoon to claim the Summers Cup Division at the College Squash Association Divisional Championships.

It's the first Summers Cup title for the Polar Bears (9-10) since 2011, who finish the season ranked 21

st in the country.

Weekend Highlights

  • Bowdoin won a trio of hard-fought matches to win the Cup, defeating Denison (6-3), Dickinson (6-3), and Hamilton (5-4).

  • Against Denison, the Polar Bears took positions 3-8, as

Aryan Singh, William Maschler, Jai Karande, Luciano Agudelo, Sachith Vissapragada, and Oliver Pride each won by 3-0 scores.

  • The middle of Bowdoin's lineup came through again against Dickinson, with Singh, Maschler, Karande, Agudelo, Pride, and Joseph French posting victories.
