Olivia Quinn Named Third Team All-Region

Olivia Quinn '26 of the Wesleyan women's basketball team was named Third Team All-Region 1 by D3hoops.com, as announced on Monday afternoon. This is Quinn's first career All-Region nod while she becomes the first Cardinal since Caleigh Ryan '22 in 2022 to earn All-Region honors.

Olivia Quinn '26 of the Wesleyan women's basketball team was named Third Team All-Region 1 by D3hoops.com, as announced on Monday afternoon. This is Quinn's first career All-Region nod while she becomes the first Cardinal since Caleigh Ryan '22 in 2022 to earn All-Region honors.

Coming on the heels of her Second Team All-NESCAC selection, Quinn closed out her making 78 consecutive appearances, starting 68 straight games for the Cardinals. She averaged a career-best 16.9 points per game this season, the highest per-game average of any player in the NESCAC, while ranking second in the NESCAC in minutes played (36.5), ninth in steals (1.5), 10

th in blocked shots (0.8), 15

th in field goal percentage (36.3), 6

th in three-point field goals made per game (1.6), first in free throw percentage (87.2), and 11

th in rebounding (6.3). Quinn became the 13

th place in program history to reach the 1,000-point milestone, finishing her career with 1,190 points which is seventh-most all-time in program history.

Quinn put up 10+ points in 19-of-22 games this season, scoring a career-high 30 points (12-20 FG, 5-7 3FG) with 12 rebounds against Emerson and 29 points (8-18 FG, 11-11 FT) against Wheaton. She had 10+ points in 9-of-10 NESCAC regular season games this season including 23 points against Middlebury, 24 against Bates, and 23 in a season-ending win at Colby.
