KALAMAZOO -- University of Chicago sophomore

Danyal Ghadiali qualified for first first-ever NCAA Division III National Championship appearance on Saturday afternoon as he earned a pair of top-10 finishes in the Regional meet.

Ghadiali earned a fifth-place finish in the meet with a score of 457.50 in his first-ever Regional appearance.

Then, on Saturday, the sophomore earned a 10th-place finish in the 1-meter competition with a score of 402.45 to seal his trip to the NCAA Championships.

Ghadiali has earned a trip to the 2026 NCAA Championships that will take place in Indianapolis from March 18 to March 21.
