#9 Women's Swim and Dive Earns 10 All-American Honors in Third Day of NCAA Championships
INDIANAPOLIS -- The 9th-ranked University of Chicago women's swimming & diving team finished day three of the 2026 National Championships with three top-10 performances, 10 All-Americans, and two new school records. The Maroons sit in 7th place following the second day of competition.
INDIANAPOLIS -- The 9th-ranked University of Chicago women's swimming & diving team finished day three of the 2026 National Championships with three top-10 performances, 10 All-Americans, and two new school records. The Maroons sit in 6th place following the second day of competition.
Alicia Soosai highlighted the day with a third-place finish in the 100 breaststroke. With a time of 1:02.02 the senior broke one of two school records on the day.
The Maroons' relay squads showed out on the second-to-last day. In the 200 medley relay, the team of
Kylie Stuart, and Soosai captured fifth-place with a time of 1:41.68, breaking another school record. In the 800 freestyle relay, the team of Biello, Xu,
Naomi Ong and Alexandra Milisavjevic brought home a seventh-place finish with a stellar performance in the morning of the meet.
To close out the All-American finishes,
Kylie Stuart earned a 14th-place finish after swimming a time of 55.97 in the 100 backstroke.
The final day of the 2026 NCAA Swim & Dive Championships will take place tomorrow. The Maroons will look to qualify in prelims at 10 a.m. for a shot in finals at 6 p.m.
