Women's Swimming & Diving Earns 12 Selections to the 2026 DIII National Championships
CHICAGO -- The 7th-ranked University of Chicago women's swimming & diving team had 11 student-athletes selected to compete in the 2026 NCAA Division III National Championships, as announced by the National Collegiate Athletic Association.

Alicia Soosai earned a pair of top-12 seeds in her final NCAA Division III Championship appearance. The senior enters the meet as the #6 seed in the 100 Breaststroke and the #11 seed in the 200 Breaststroke.
Alexandra Milisavljevic joins Soosai as the two Maroons with multiple top-12 seeds as the freshman enters as the #9 seed in the 1650 Freestyle and the #12 seed in the 500 Freestyle.
Sophia Xu also earned a top-10 seed in the meet as she sits at #10 in the 100 Butterfly. She also ranks #18 in the 100 Freestyle.
Kylie Stuart is the third freshman to qualify for the Maroons as she enters as the #19 seed in the 100 Backstroke.
Adelia Biello rounds out the individual national qualifiers for the Maroons in the 2026 championships as she Biello will be the #29 seed in the 100 Butterfly entering the meet.
Naomi Ong, and
Estelle Vernhes will also represent the University of Chicago in the National Championships after qualifying in the relay events.
The University of Chicago diving trio of
Lilia Atanda, and
Veronica Fong will also join the nine swimmers in Indianapolis after earning their spot in the National Championships through top finishes in the Diving Regionals last weekend.
The meet will begin on Wednesday, March 18, and it will continue through Saturday, March 21 at the IU Natatorium in Indianapolis, Indiana.
