The Emory University baseball team saw five players recognized with All-Association honors Tuesday morning as the University Athletic Association released its end-of-season awards.

Junior Jake Lawson and senior Josh Zuckerman highlighted the Eagles on the All-UAA teams with First Team berths while a trio of Eagles in seniors Adam Geller, Zach Wasserlauf and junior Zach Hanson landed on the Second Team.

Lawson put forth a career season as he was one of two players to start all 40 games for the Eagles in 2026. He batted a team-high .370 with a 1.044 OPS while leading the roster in hits (61), runs scored (53), triples (3), total bases (93), slugging percentage (.564), hit-by-pitches (11) and stolen bases (18). He opened the season with a program record 31-game hitting streak that included 15 multi-hit games and finished the season with 18 multi-hit efforts. He was tabbed the UAA Hitter of the Week once on March 30 following the conference opener at NYU where he collected 11 hits over the four-game series, headlined by a pair of four-hit outings, and drove in nine runs. Lawson ended the campaign with five home runs and 28 RBI.

Zuckerman turned in his finest season on the mound as a senior to land his first career All-UAA nod. During his final season, Zuckerman tied for the team lead with 61 innings pitched while making 10 starts as he posted a 4-3 record with a team-best 2.80 earned run average. He struck out 66 batters and held opponents to a .223 batting average. In five UAA contests, Zuckerman went 3-1 with 41 punchouts in 35 innings as he worked six innings or more in four of his starts. He concluded the season with his best outing of his career, tossing a 139-pitch, nine-inning shutout against Brandeis with a season-high 12 strikeouts.

Hanson is another first-time All-UAA honoree as he joined Lawson as the lone Eagles to start and play in all 40 games during the 2026 slate. As a junior, Hanson batted .335 to go along with a .946 OPS and topped the squad with 16 doubles and 30 walks. He tallied 53 hits including two triples and one home run, scored 42 runs, stole eight bases and was second on the team with 35 RBI. Hanson also had a flair for the dramatics with three walkoffs during non-conference action against LaGrange, Oglethorpe and Piedmont.

Geller also joins the ranks of first-time All-UAA selections following his senior season where he tied Zuckerman for the team lead in innings pitched. Geller went 4-2 in 10 starts as he pitched to a 3.84 ERA to go along with 58 strikeouts. He punched out a season-high nine batters twice against Middlebury and Chicago and spun a complete game with nine innings of two-run ball in the Eagles' win over No. 14 WashU on April 11.

Wasserlauf, the 2023 UAA Rookie of the Year, bookends his career with his second All-UAA accolade as he appeared in 25 games, including 23 as a starter, before he was sidelined for the remainder of the year with an injury. Prior to the injury, Wasserlauf was hitting .322 at the plate with 28 hits including four doubles, one triple and three home runs. He drove in 19 runs, scored 24 times, stole five bases and had a .953 OPS. He appeared in the team's first nine games inside UAA play, recording four multi-hit efforts and had 11 RBI. All three of his home runs on the season came in consecutive games against NYU to help the Eagles win the series.
