Tennis Team Members Earn All-UAA Honors

Six members of the New York University men's and women's tennis teams were named to their respective 2026 University Athletic Association (UAA) All-Association Teams.

Both squads had three student-athletes recognized.

Niklas von Hellens was named All-UAA Second Team for First Singles. He posted a 11-4 record during the 2025-26 campaign, 2-1 in UAA play, and led NYU in singles victories. The graduate student was the Violets' #1 singles players throughout the season.

Louis Frowein and Boris Slesarev were named Second Team at Third Doubles. The duo finishing the season with a 7-2 record and went undefeated (2-0) against UAA opponents.

Frowein also received Honorable Mention at Third Singles. He posted a 10-3 record during the season, going 3-1 in UAA play.

On the women's side, Visnja Gusavac (First Singles) and Victoria Wang (Second Singles) both received Second Team honors. Gusavac played in the first spot for the Violets most of the season, going 11-3 overall and 7-2 in the #1 slot. Wang finished her season with a team-best 16-9 record, including 6-3 at #2.

Wang and Emma Kast received a Second Doubles Honorable Mention nod for their 9-5 overall record.
