Women’s Golf Secures Team Title at Jack Leaman Invitational
The New York University women's golf team secured a first-place finish at the Jack Leaman Invitational, hosted by Amherst College, on Sunday, April 12. The Violets competed at The Orchards Golf Club in South Hadley, Massachusetts.

The second-ranked Violets finished atop the 12-team field with a two-round total of +21.
Jiayi Fu led NYU with a two-round score of +1, finishing second overall on the individual leaderboard. Sonia Hao followed with a +4, finishing third, while Tiya Chowdary carded a +7 to place eighth.
Inha Jun finished with a +9, and Naomi Tan rounded out the lineup with a +13.
Srishti Dhurandhar competed in the individual tournament and carded a +12 over the two days to finish in 23rd place.
The Violets return to action on May 1 at the Liberty League Championship in Rome, NY, at the Teugega Country Club.
