The #6/top-seeded Middlebury women's ice hockey team and #10/fourth-seeded Colby battled for over four hours in Saturday's first NESCAC Semifinal contest from Chip Kenyon '85 Arena. In the marathon contest, the Mules tallied the decisive goal with 4:23 left in the third added session to take the 2-1 triumph and advance to Sunday's conference championship.

Middlebury College will host the 2026 NESCAC Semifinals and Championship for women's ice hockey on Saturday, March 7 and Sunday, March 8 inside Chip Kenyon '85 Arena. All Middlebury students may attend free of charge by showing their student ID at the door.

The fourth-seeded Middlebury men's ice hockey team heads to Clinton, New York this weekend for a NESCAC semifinal clash with #9/second-seeded Bowdoin. The opening faceoff is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, with the first semifinal beginning at 1:00 p.m.

Middlebury has announced the hiring of Darren Shroyer as the associate equipment manager. Shroyer joins the Panthers after spending the fall working with Dartmouth College football as their assistant equipment director.
