Harvard baseball concluded its 2026 season with a decisive series sweep against Princeton, winning the final game 11-6 on May 3. Junior Dominic Brancel and sophomore Liam Wilson led the offensive charge, with Brancel hitting his first home run of the season and Wilson driving in four runs. Senior Jordan Kang capped off his collegiate career with a .714 batting average over the series, while senior pitcher Gio Colasante contributed both at the plate and on the mound. The Crimson finished the season with a 11-26 record, including a 9-12 mark in Ivy League play, and achieved its first series sweep of the season.
In softball, the Crimson wrapped up its regular season with a 6-3 victory against Columbia on May 3, highlighted by senior pitcher Ryan Grace's stellar performance in relief, where she struck out seven batters. Junior Sophie Sun led the offense with four hits, while senior Finley Payne reached a career milestone, recording her 100th career RBI. Earlier in the weekend, Harvard split a doubleheader with Columbia, winning the first game 9-3 in 13 innings, thanks to Sun's grand slam, before falling 9-6 in the second game. The Crimson finished the regular season with a 21-21-1 record and a 12-9 mark in Ivy play, qualifying for the Ivy League Tournament for the fourth consecutive year.
Harvard track & field competed at the Jay Carisella Coaches Invitational on May 1, with several athletes delivering solid performances. First-year Caitlyn Chang placed 11th in the women's 3000m steeplechase, while senior Abby Weber and first-year Ella Cohen finished in the top 30 of the women's 1500m. The team will conclude its outdoor regular season at the Duke Twilight on May 4, aiming to build on their recent successes.
Men's lacrosse faced a challenging matchup in the Ivy League semifinals on May 2, falling to No. 4 Cornell, 17-8. Despite a strong start, the Crimson could not maintain momentum as Cornell surged ahead. The team had previously celebrated six All-Ivy League selections, including first-team honors for Logan Ip and Sean Jordan, marking a strong season for the program.
In women's golf, sophomore Vanessa Zhang earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Women's Golf Regional Tournament, making history as the first individual selection from Harvard. She will compete in the Tallahassee Regional from May 11-13, aiming to build on her successful season that includes multiple top-10 finishes and two tournament victories.
