On the women's side, Sophia Richter won the 400-meter dash with a career-best time of 53.81, the second-fastest in Navy history. Jia Anderson narrowly missed victory in the 100-meter hurdles, finishing second with a time of 13.620, which ranks as the second-best in school history. Sophie Compton also impressed, clocking the second-fastest 1,500-meter time in program history at 4:20.63.
The Navy baseball team faced a challenging start to its series against Army, losing 5-4 in a 13-inning marathon on Senior Day.
