The University of Rochester men's squash team has concluded another successful season, capturing the Liberty League conference title and earning significant recognition. First-year player Gilberto Aceves Moreno was named the conference's Rookie of the Year, highlighting his impact on the team. The coaching staff, led by Matt Dukarm and Omar Zakaria, received the Liberty League Coaching Staff of the Year award. In men's basketball, senior guard Tomiwa Adetosoye has been recognized as a Second-Team All-District 3 selection by the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC). Adetosoye was a key contributor for the Yellowjackets, finishing the season as the second-leading scorer and rebounder while leading the team in assists, steals, and blocks. He averaged 17.5 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 4.9 assists per game, showcasing his versatility on the court. Additionally, senior guard Corvin Oprea was named to the D3hoops.com All-Region 3 Third-Team. Oprea led the team with an average of 17.8 points per game and was a consistent scorer, achieving multiple 20+ and 30+ point games throughout the season. His performance solidified his status as one of the top players in the region, ranking highly in various statistical categories.
