Washington and Lee sophomore Liam Flanagan has been recognized as the Old Dominion Athletic Conference Wrestler of the Year for the 2025-26 season. Flanagan, who wrestles at 157 pounds, finished the season with a commendable 30-3 record. His achievements include winning both the ODAC Championship and the NCAA Region IV title, as well as earning First Team All-ODAC honors. At the NCAA Division III Wrestling Championships, he made a significant impact by advancing to the semifinals and ultimately securing a sixth-place finish, becoming only the ninth All-American in the program's history. His performance included a perfect opening day, featuring a 4–1 decision over Thomas DiResta of Johnson & Wales and a narrow 3–2 tiebreaker victory against Eric Kinkaid of Loras.

The Washington and Lee women's golf team had a remarkable outing at the Stith Invitational, where they finished as runners-up and set multiple program records. First-year golfer Toral Bhatt led the charge, tying for first place with a total score of 1-over par (217) across three rounds, breaking the program's 54-hole records for both total score and score to par. The team collectively performed well, with all five golfers placing in the Top 25. After the first day, the Generals were in second place, trailing only No. 3 NYU, but they maintained strong performances to secure their position. Bhatt's consistency was evident as she logged rounds of 73, 72, and 72, showcasing her talent and potential as a standout player in the ODAC. Next, the women's golf team will look to build on this momentum in their upcoming events.
