Dartmouth men's hockey players Tim Busconi and Emmett Croteau have been recognized with ECAC monthly awards for their performances in March. Busconi, named Defender of the Month, was instrumental in Dartmouth's ECAC Championship victory, scoring the overtime game-winning goal against Princeton on March 21. He concluded the month with a total of 10 assists and a +26 rating, ranking fourth in the ECAC. Croteau, honored as the MAC Goaltending Goalie of the Month, posted a 4-1-0 record with a remarkable 1.16 goals against average and a .953 save percentage, solidifying his role as a key player for the Big Green.
In women's lacrosse, Dartmouth showcased an impressive offensive display, defeating UMass Lowell 23-5 on April 14. The Big Green opened the scoring with a five-goal run, led by Samantha Bennett and Annie Small. Catherine Erb notably contributed to the scoring frenzy, completing a hat-trick and helping Dartmouth secure a commanding lead. The team will host Columbia on April 18 for their final home game of the season, where they will honor their senior class.
Dartmouth's track and field teams competed at both the South Florida Invite and the Friar Invitational over the weekend. Highlighting the performances, Brad Chosewood won the discus event at the South Florida Invite, while J'Voughnn Blake and Jada Jones both delivered strong finishes in their respective events. The teams look forward to their next competition at UCONN.
In golf, the women's team finished third at the Rutgers Invitational, with Olivia Cong leading the way with a fifth-place finish. Sophia Li and Clarie Wan also secured top ten finishes, showcasing the team's depth. Meanwhile, the men's golf team faced challenges at the Princeton Invitational, finishing ninth overall, with Tyler Brand emerging as the top finisher in 14th place. Both teams continue to build momentum as the season progresses.
