Bulldogs Fall to RPI in Regular-Season Finale
The Yale men's hockey team fell to Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), 4-2, at Ingalls Rink. The loss dropped the Bulldogs to 8-21-1 overall and 7-14-1 in ECAC Hockey play, while the Engineers improved to 11-22-1 overall and 8-13-1 in conference action.
Double-Doubles for Capstraw, Meng as Bulldogs Top Cornell on Senior Day
NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Yale women's basketball team came through with a win on Senior Day Saturday at Lee Amphitheater. Kiley Capstraw, the Bulldogs' captain and the lone senior on the team, had a double-double – as did junior forward Mary Meng – in Yale's 57-45 win.
Union Edges Bulldogs in Overtime, 5-4
The Yale men's hockey team fell to Union College, 5-4, in overtime at Ingalls Rink. The Bulldogs drop to 8-20-1 overall and 7-13-1 in ECAC Hockey, while the Garnet Chargers improve to 20-10-1 overall and 10-9-2 in conference play.
Columbia Overcomes Early Double-Digit Deficit, Tops Yale
NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Yale women's basketball team jumped on first-place Columbia early Friday night at Lee Amphitheater, getting the three-time defending Ivy League champions back on their heels. But Columbia chipped away at a double-digit Yale first-quarter lead and eventually overtook the Bulldogs in the second quarter. Once the Lions did so they never looked back, pulling away for a 68-47 win.
Chen Named ECAC Hockey Scholar Athlete of the Year
Senior captain David Chen of the Yale men's hockey team has been named the 2026 ECAC Hockey Men's Scholar-Athlete of the Year, as announced by ECAC Hockey on Friday, Feb. 27.
New York Ivies at Lee This Weekend; Senior Day Saturday
NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Yale women's basketball team (6-18, 2-9 Ivy League) hosts Columbia Friday (6:00 p.m., ESPN+, International Stream, Live Stats, Tickets) and Cornell Saturday (5:00 p.m., ESPN+, International Stream, Live Stats, Tickets) in the final two home games of the season. The Bulldogs will hold their annual Senior Day ceremony prior to Saturday's game.
