Saturday Softball Sweep Over Mammoths
HARTFORD, Conn. – A weekend sweet over the visiting Amherst College Mammoths (8-18, 3-9 NESCAC) lifts the Trinity College Softball team to a 16-10 overall and a 7-5 New England Small College Athletic Conference mark. Trinity opened up a 7-5 win in game one, and closed game two 7-2 victory after a vocal fourth inning with 6 runs.
Hat Tricks by Zito and Denious Led the Bantams Flock Over Mules, 12-7
HARTFORD, CONN–– The Trinity College Women's Lacrosse Team defeated Colby College 12-7 on Saturday in a crucial matchup for seeding in the NESCAC. The Bantams outshot the Mules 33-15 on the day and caused 12 turnovers en route to the victory. Trinity moves to 11-4 (6-3 NESCAC) while Colby falls to 8-6 (4-6 NESCAC).
Bantams Take Two Sending Mariners Back to Shore Empty-Handed
HARTFORD, Conn. – Trinity softball picked up two wins Wednesday afternoon over the visiting Mitchell College Mariners in a non-conference double dip on the Trinity College Softball Field. The Bantams improve 14-10 on the year, while the Mariners lower 14-15 in their season.
Winter CSC Academic All-District Announced
HARTFORD, Conn. — Trinity College had 15 winter student-athletes named to the 2025–26 Academic All-District® Teams across men's and women's swimming and diving, as well as men's and women's basketball.
Henry Vetter Named CSC Academic All-American
HARTFORD, Conn. – Trinity College Men's Basketball senior Henry Vetter (Kenilworth, Ill.) was selected as a 2026 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-American selection, announced on Tuesday. Vetter becomes the second Bantam in program history to earn CSC Academic All-American honors, joining Keith Wolff in 1995.

Softball Splits at Tufts
MEDFORD, Mass. – The Trintiy College Softball team nearly swept Tufts University, taking the opening game, 7-5, before being edged out, 8-6, in the nightcap of a New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) doubleheader at Spicer Field Saturday afternoon. The Bantams move to 12-10 on the season and 5-5 in conference, while the Jumbos hold a 20-6, 9-3 mark.
