Men's Ice Hockey wins first NESCAC Championship with 4-2 victory over Middlebury
CLINTON, N.Y. - The Williams College men's ice hockey team won its first NESCAC Championship Sunday afternoon, as the sixth-seeded Ephs outlasted fourth-seeded Middlebury, 4-2, in the title game at the Russell Sage Rink on the campus of Hamilton College.

HADLEY, Mass. - After guiding the Williams College women's basketball team to the fifth seed in the NESCAC Championship, a quarterfinal-round playoff victory and an appearance in the semifinals of the tournament, sophomore guard Micah Walton and junior forward Kathleen Smith were named to the All-Conference First and Second Teams, respectively, on Wednesday morning.

HADLEY, Mass. – Middlebury will host the remaining rounds of the NESCAC Women's Ice Hockey Championship at Chip Kenyon '85 Arena on Saturday, March 7, and Sunday, March 8. In the first semifinal, top-seeded Middlebury hosts No. 4 Colby at 1 p.m., while No. 3 Williams faces No. 2 Amherst in the second semifinal at 4:30 p.m. The winners will meet in the championship game to be played on Sunday, March 8, at 2 p.m.
Micah Walton named to NEWBA First Team of the Week
WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. - After scoring a game-high 21 points, while shooting 9 of 10 from the free-throw line and 6 for 10 from the field, for the fifth-seeded Williams College women's basketball team during the NESCAC Semifinals against top-seeded and No. 8-ranked Bowdoin Saturday afternoon in Brunswick, Maine, sophomore guard Micah Walton was named to the New England Women's Basketball Association (NEWBA) First Team of the Week Tuesday.
NESCAC Men's Ice Hockey Championship Ticket Information
HADLEY, Mass. - Top-seeded Hamilton will host the remaining rounds of the NESCAC Men's Ice Hockey Championship at Sage Rink on March 7-8. The first semifinal features No. 6 Williams versus host and No. 1 seed Hamilton at 1 p.m., followed by No. 4 Middlebury facing No. 2 Bowdoin at 4:30 p.m. The championship game will be Sunday, March 8, at 2 p.m.
Krill named NESCAC Rookie of the Year and McManus earns All-Conference Second Team honors
