Panthers Post Career Bests In Dr. Tim Brown Invitational
The Middlebury men's golf team continued the spring portion of its season at the two-day Dr. Tim Brown Invitational hosted by Skidmore. The Panthers finished in 12th place out of 17 teams with a 36-hole score of 617. New York University grabbed the team title at 584, while Amherst was one shot back in the runner-up spot (585) and the Thoroughbreds and Trinity logged matching 587s to share third.

A complete-game gem from Mia Gilham in the opener and timely hitting during the nightcap helped the Middlebury softball team take both ends of Sunday's doubleheader against Bates by scores of 1-0 and 7-3.

Meg Simon Announced as Hockey Humanitarian Award Recipient
Middlebury women's ice hockey forward Meg Simon was named the 2026 recipient of the prestigious Hockey Humanitarian Award on Friday evening in Las Vegas in conjunction with the NCAA Men's Frozen Four weekend. She was recognized alongside the winners of the Derek Hines Unsung Hero Award, the Mike Richter Award, and the Hobey Baker Memorial Award.
Anthony Marsella Elevated to Offensive Coordinator
Middlebury has elevated Anthony Marsella to the offensive coordinator position for the football program. Marsella has spent a combined nine seasons on the Panther staff, most recently serving as the recruiting coordinator and wide receivers coach in 2025.

Four Panthers Garner CSCAA All-American Laurels
Four members of the Middlebury women's swimming and diving team have been lauded as All-Americans by the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) for their efforts at the NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving Championships in Indianapolis. Anna McGrew collected a pair of individual nods in the 50-yard and 100-yard freestyle races. The 800 free relay quartet of Hannah Baumgartner, McGrew, Isla Johnston and Lauren Jolley also earned All-America praise.
McInerny & Walsh Secure NEHWA Division III All-Star Recognition
Following stellar performances on the ice this season, Avery McInerny and Trinity Walsh of the #11 Middlebury women's ice hockey team were named to the New England Hockey Writers Association (NEHWA) Division III All-Star Team.
