Bison Men Finish Third at the IC4A Championships
PISCATAWAY, N.J.- Bucknell men's track & field, despite not traveling a full roster, completed the IC4A Championships on Sunday with a third place finish. The Bison scored 71 points and narrowly held off New Jersey foe Monmouth for the bronze ring. The two teams above Bucknell, Rutgers and Sacred Heart, fielded full squads. Two more Bison earned All-East (top eight finishes) honors.
Richter Ties for Second as Women's Golf Runner Up at Patriot League Championships
The Bucknell women's golf team took second place at the 2026 Patriot League Championships at the U.S. Naval Academy Golf Club as the Bison posted its best finish at the championships since 2014. Paige Richter, Nicole Yun and Sophia Bardunias finish in the top-five to earn All-Tournament honors.
Softball Outlasts Lehigh for Series Win in 4-3 Thriller
LEWISBURG, Pa.- With realistic tournament hopes hanging in the balance on an overcast and blustery Sunday afternoon at Becker Field, Bucknell Softball emulated its first-year head coach's grit and found a way past the specter of Lehigh for the 4-3 win and the first series win over the Mountain Hawks since 2019. Bucknell (8-30-1, 5-7 Patriot League) used a combination of timely hitting and a complete game effort from a grinding rookie pitcher to down Lehigh (23-23, 4-11 Patriot League), who is in extreme danger of missing the Patriot League Tournament for the first time in program history.

PISCATAWAY, N.J./CHARLOTTESVILLE Va.- Bucknell men's track & field sits second after the first day of the ECAC Championships. 14 All-East honorees and one event win drove the Bison's placement. The Orange & Blue scored 67 points and only trail host Rutgers, who is running a full squad. A select group of sprinters and hurdlers completed the Virginia Challenge with solid results.

LEWISBURG, Pa. — Bucknell women's lacrosse fell to Boston University 13-4 in its final home game of the regular season at Christy Mathewson-Memorial Stadium. The Bison are now 9-5 overall and 5-3 in the Patriot League with a potential home quarterfinal game on the line with one-game left to play in the regular season.

LEWISBURG, Pa. – Owen Kovacs celebrated his Senior Day with a career high seven points on five goals and two assists, leading the Bucknell men's lacrosse team to a 15-13 win over Holy Cross at Christy Mathewson-Memorial Stadium. The Bison improved to 8-5 overall and 4-4 in the Patriot League, while Holy Cross fell to 6-7, 2-5.
