Softball's 2026 Season Concludes in Defeat at Colgate
HAMILTON, N.Y.- Bucknell Softball (9-35-1, 6-12 Patriot League) completed the 2026 season on Sunday, falling 10-2 to Colgate (27-24, 13-5 Patriot League) in five innings. The Bison cut the deficit to 3-2 before the Raiders' potent bats exploded for seven unanswered runs.
Baseball Shuts Out Lehigh 4-0 in Game One; Remains Atop PL Standings
The Bucknell baseball team pitched a 4-0 shutout over Lehigh in game one at J. David Walker Field at Legacy Park on Saturday afternoon. The Bison earned a big win to remain atop of the standings in the Patriot League with two games remaining.
Softball Drops Doubleheader to Colgate
HAMILTON, N.Y.- Bucknell Softball's tournament hopes were dealt a severe blow with a doubleheader loss to hot-hitting Colgate (26-24, 12-5 Patriot League) on Saturday. The Bison (9-34-1, 6-11 Patriot League) fell 8-0 (5) and 6-1 to the Raiders, who currently sit second in the conference. Bucknell fell into a tie with Lafayette after the Leopards, who owns the head-to-head tiebreaker with the Orange & Blue, defeated Lehigh in their first game.

COLLEGE PARK, Md.- Bucknell women's track & field unearthed moonlight magic at the Kehoe Twilight on Friday night. US National Champion Evelyn Bliss established her fourth facility and meet record of 2026 in the javelin throw and Alexandra Lea reset her school record in the 400-meter dash as part of the Orange & Blue's final tune-up before the Patriot League Outdoor Championships. Plenty of Bison athletes submitted their final resume boosters for the league roster against a host of strong regional competition.

Krestinski Breaks All-Time Points Record in Patriot League Semifinal Loss to #8 Navy
LEWISBURG, Pa. — Despite holding #8 Navy scoreless for twelve and a half minutes and only being down by two at halftime, Bucknell women's lacrosse ultimately fell to the top-seeded Midshipmen 18-8 in the Patriot League Semifinals in Annapolis on Thursday afternoon after the Midshipmen came out with a second-half surge that was too much for Bucknell to handle.

LEWISBURG, Pa.- The Bucknell Bison track & field teams complete the regular season portion of the 2025-26 schedule with a trip to the University of Maryland for the Kehoe Twilight. The competition offers one final chance for athletes to polish their resumes for the bubble spots on the league roster. It is a one-day meet and many of the Bison headliners will take part in the action. The event begins at 1 p.m. and runs into the night.

LEWISBURG, Pa. – Bucknell senior Owen Kovacs was one of 12 players named to the Academic All-Patriot League Team on Thursday. Kovacs enjoyed a terrific senior campaign as one of the league's highest-scoring attackmen, and he also carries a 3.72 cumulative grade-point average in finance.

LEWISBURG, Pa. – Emmet Crotty scored on the first possession of overtime to send fifth-seeded Colgate to a 6-5 overtime win over fourth-seeded Bucknell in the first round of the Patriot League Men's Lacrosse Tournament on Tuesday night at Christy Mathewson-Memorial Stadium. The Bison finish the season 8-7 after returning to the postseason for the first time since 2022, while the Raiders move on to face No. 2 seed Loyola in the semifinals on Friday night at West Point.
