Softball Edges Army in Nine-Inning Thriller
LEWISBURG, Pa.- Bucknell Softball (9-30-1, 6-8 Patriot League) kept its postseason hopes alive with a split doubleheader against Army (28-23, 8-6 Patriot League) on Sunday at Becker Field. The Bison dropped the first game 10-3 but rebounded for a 6-5 thriller in nine innings. The victory capped a Senior Day which celebrated five seniors: Mea Consentino, Nicole Lioumis, Marissa Rapino, Angelina Seropian, and Haley Speicher.
WLAX Advances to Semifinals with 14-13 Win Over Holy Cross
LEWISBURG, Pa. — The number four seeded Bucknell women's lacrosse team defeated number five seeded Holy Cross 14-13 in Christy Mathewson-Memorial Stadium to earn a spot in the Patriot League Women's Lacrosse Semifinals. The Bison were able to squeak out a one goal win thanks to a 7-0 run in the second half that just withstood a 5-0 Holy Cross run to end the game. Bella Crowley and the Bucknell defense came up with a big stop with 19.1 seconds left in regulation to secure the Bison win.

PHILADELPHIA, Pa.- US National Champion Evelyn Bliss added another laurel to her already impressive mantle by setting the meet record in the javelin throw on the final day of the Penn Relays. Bliss' victory topped off a highly successful weekend for Bucknell at the historic competition, which included the school record in the distance medley relay on Friday.

LEWISBURG, Pa.- The Bucknell Bison track & field teams will compete in the historic and prestigious Penn Relays this weekend. With the outdoor conference championships being moved back two weeks this season, the Bison will send more athletes to the event than in previous years. The Orange & Blue will compete in a multitude of events scattered over the three days. The Penn Relays will be streamed on FloTrack and are incorporated into the outgoing America250 celebration.
